Ana is seasoned mental health clinician with the following credentials:  Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  Ana is a two-time alum of Rutgers University where she earned a Master’s degree in Social Work and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education and Dance.  She has worked in various inpatient, outpatient and residential settings in NJ and NY as a clinician and administrator.  She has served children, adolescents, adults and families providing individual, family and group therapy sessions.  She has extensive clinical experience with co-occurring disorders, trauma and legally involved clients.  Ana applies a Rogerian (person first) approach to counseling with elements of TF-CBT and a dash of humor.  She embraces diversity.

In her “spare time”, Ana teaches future generations of social workers, counselors and addiction professionals as a faculty member for various Colleges and Universities in NJ as well as a Continuing Education, State-approved trainer.
