I currently work with adults, ages 19 and up, who are facing challenges related to anxiety, post-traumatic stress, depression, grief, relational challenges, and situational stress. My approach to therapy is action oriented as clients often come into therapy knowing they want change but may be unsure about where to start. I am a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is a joint effort, with clients deciding which direction they would like their life to go in.
