Rates:

$150 – $250 depending upon format and approach

Insurance:

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We are committed to making the process as easy and as intuitive as possible. Once you provide your insurance related information (Subscriber ID#, Date of Birth, Full Name of the Subscriber (if not you), Your Full Name, Provider Telephone Number) or your Virtual Insurance Card, we will call and check your benefits for you. Upon obtaining your plan’s coverage and any out of pocket expenses (deductible, copay, or co-insurance) you may be responsible for, we will provide that information to you for your acceptance. Once you provide your acceptance of the terms, we will schedule services and bill your respective insurance company accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify our office at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled session time. Failure to provide notice, resulting in a missed in-person or telehealth appointment, may result in a $100 missed appointment fee at the discretion of the treating therapist. Please note that proceeds collected from missed appointment fees are donated annually to a selected nonprofit program or community initiative.
