I work collaboratively with adults ages 18 and older to navigate life’s challenges, including work-related stress, relationship difficulties, boundary setting, perfectionism, self-sabotage, and negative thinking patterns. My therapeutic style is conversational, supportive, and encouraging, with humor woven in when appropriate. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical strategies, and create meaningful change that supports greater confidence, balance, and personal growth.

I work with children and adolescents navigating anxiety, emotional challenges, and changes in family dynamics, including divorce, grief, and loss. My approach is collaborative and engaging, creating a space where children feel supported and comfortable expressing themselves. I help clients build emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence as they work through challenges.

I currently work with adults, ages 19 and up, who are facing challenges related to anxiety, post-traumatic stress, depression, grief, relational challenges, and situational stress. My approach to therapy is action oriented as clients often come into therapy knowing they want change but may be unsure about where to start. I am a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is a joint effort, with clients deciding which direction they would like their life to go in.
