I hold a Master’s in Social Work and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in inpatient, outpatient, and school-based settings. My work has focused on helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, anger management, family conflict, and life’s many transitions. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT. I cater to each individual’s unique needs when applying these evidence-based practices.

Background & Experience
How We'll Work Together
I will meet you where you are, while gently guiding you towards living a life that is authentic and meaningful to you. My goal is to help you live authentically. We will identify places in your life that help you connect with your true self and places that no longer serve you on your journey towards wellness. I will assist you in identifying your core beliefs and principles and aligning your actions with them. We will do so in a pace that feels supportive and compassionate.
Who I Work Best With
I work best with clients who want to move beyond only managing their thoughts and instead who want to build a life aligned with their core principles and personal values.
