Raazia is a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens, and adults. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Simmons University in Boston and brings a wealth of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across New Jersey. Her work has focused on helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, anger management, family conflict, and life’s many transitions.

With adolescents, Raazia provides a supportive and relatable space where they can express themselves freely, explore emotions, and learn effective ways to manage stress, impulsivity, and difficult behaviors. She helps young clients build self-awareness and resilience while strengthening communication within their families.

With adults, Raazia offers a calm and collaborative environment to process life changes, mood shifts, and relational challenges. Her therapeutic style is both nurturing and goal-oriented—rooted in strength-based principles and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, positive parenting techniques, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Raazia enjoying life’s simple moments with her husband and four children, ages 2 to 14. She loves traveling, creating memories, and finding small ways to nurture herself—something she gently encourages her clients to do as well.
