$120 – $250 per 60-90 minute session

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We are committed to making the process as easy and as intuitive as possible.  Once you provide your insurance related information (Subscriber ID#, Date of Birth, Full Name of the Subscriber (if not you), Your Full Name, Provider Telephone Number) or your Virtual Insurance Card, we will call and check your benefits for you.

Upon obtaining your plan’s coverage and any out of pocket expenses (deductible, copay, or co-insurance) you may be responsible for, we will provide that information to you for your acceptance.  Once you provide your acceptance of the terms, we will schedule services and bill your respective insurance company accordingly.

Cash, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Square, Stripe, FSA/HSA cards, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted for payment on this website or as part of the patient portal.

Every effort will be made to handle payments independent and separate from any session thereby allowing the session time to be strictly devoted to your care and attention. Towards that end, we require that most payment methods or back-up methods be stored on file.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
