No clinical relationship

Visiting this website, contacting us through it, or submitting a form does not create a therapist–client relationship. A clinical relationship is established only after you have completed our intake process and entered into a written services agreement with one of our clinicians.

Submitting an appointment-request form does not guarantee an appointment. We will follow up with you to confirm availability, insurance, and fit.
