Lessons N Sessions, LLC a recently established, group private practice in New Jersey is looking for part time clinicians to join our group practice as part time employees for both our Highland Park and Somerset locations. We are providing both in person AND virtual services to our clients.  We are looking for clinicians who can provide both in person and virtual services, if needed.  Requirements include being fully licensed (will consider provisionally licensed) with the State of New Jersey and 2 years post independent licensure experience, preferably with private practice experience, registered with CAQH and paneled with at least 1 commercial insurance/s.

Compensation is a percentage, based upon income received and paid biweekly.  Therapist must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family systems, LGBTQIA, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and LNS’ recognition in the community.  LNS provides a stream of referrals as well.

Ideal candidates must be culturally competent, creative, independent, and engaged in the process of wellness for the community and themselves.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, couples or family counseling in an outpatient office setting and remotely. Perform intake assessments. Participate in monthly, group case consultation. Must have a strong sense of boundaries and demonstrate a commitment to self-care as a form of business practice and integrity. Willingness and/or interest in participating in various marketing and community engagement services.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate.
• Current State of NJ license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, LAC, LAMFT, etc.
• Prior private practice experience a plus
• Minimum of 2 years post independent licensure, will seek references.
• Must maintain CEU requirements based upon applicable state licensing board.
• Preferably paneled with at least 1 commercial insurance; will assist with expanding credentialing and network participation.

• Willing to work a minimum of 20 direct service hours/week, including some evenings & weekends.
• Prior private practice experience a plus.

Relational Rewards:
