Sessions with me feel like a mix of open conversation and real guidance. You’ll have space to talk things through, but I’m also going to help you connect the dots, notice patterns, and figure out what actually needs change. I’m supportive but I’m also honest. I’ll gently challenge you when needed so you don’t stay stuck. Some sessions will be more reflective and others more structured depending upon what you need. The goal is for you to leave feeling understood, but also with more clarity and direction.
