I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s degree in School Counseling and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Mental Health. My professional journey includes more than ten years of supporting adolescents in school settings, along with clinical experience providing therapy to both adolescents and adults.
From an early age, I knew I was called to a helping profession. That sense of purpose has only deepened through my work as a therapist, where I have the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and discover new possibilities for growth and healing.
I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and challenges related to self-esteem and self-advocacy. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, honoring each client’s unique story while creating a space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward at their own pace.
It is a privilege to earn the trust of those I serve. I consider it an honor to support each client’s journey toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
